So that Kulliye(complex of buildings adjacent to a mosque) is a public space that directs people to its location. The project is located inside this space where all the streets direct to . Kulliye and mosques are sort of squares and public spaces of the Islamic world. Recommended design for Halide Edip A. Külliyesi is beyond the symbolic forms, it consists of a plaza where people can gather and its surrounding facilities are feeding this public space.
