Büyükçekmece Alkent Housing and Shopping Center
Dodofis has designed Alkent Housing and Shopping Center located in Büyükçekmece
The project area is located at the most important urban intersection of Büyükçekmece Alkent region. It consists of 10 single villas, 20 row houses , the town square/public areas located at the intersection of the city and commercial units organized around them. The project area, located at the periphery, is transformed into a center of attraction and living space with residences, public courtyards and intermediate spaces containing different user types created within it. The residential and commercial areas are positioned to feed each other and at the same time provide privacy.
