Mersin Chamber of Industry and Commerce Office Building consisting of office and commercial units is located in Mersin which has Mediterranean climate.The proposed structure consists of two parallel block including Chamber of Commerce in one vertical block and rental offices in the other block. Retail locates under the shadow of these two vertical blocks. Inner and outer space are intertwined as possible. North of the project area is leaved for a park to service residentials. This park is integrated with groung floor and provide relaxing and a comfortable shopping experince for people.
